The fruit is steeped in alcohol for at least a day before they are cooked, which adds a great deal to the overall flavour. We recommend steaming the pudding for an hour and half before serving. This attractive boxed pudding makes a special gift. Palm oil free and made in our small nut free productrion unit in Essex.
