Indigo Herbs Marshmallow root is made from high quality marshmallow roots. Amongst its many traditional uses it was used to make possibly the first ever cough sweets. Marshmallow root tea has a pleasant, earthy taste. Marshmallow root tea should be boiled for 3-4 minutes in 350ml of water depending how strong you like it. Strain and serve and sweeten if desired.
