High Weald Sister Sarah Goat's Milk Cheese 125g

Sister Sarah is a semi-soft matured, pasteurised goat milk cheese. It has a smooth, semi-soft texture and light, caramel flavour at first that grows on the palette and ends with classic goat cheese notes. The cheese has a white paste as goats' digest all the carotene in the grass and we paint the rind of the cheese with an attractive red coloured made from annatto.
