Sussex Slipcote Original is a fresh soft cheese made with 100% organic sheep milk. Sussex Slipcote has a light, creamy texture, that melts in the mouth and has a slightly sharp, lemon-y, refreshing flavour. Our buttons are 100 grams in size and Slipcote's are often enjoyed on crusty bread or crumbled over pasta dishes. 'Slipcote' is a traditional auld English word meaning 'little'(slip) and 'cottage' (cote).
