Sussex Slipcote with Garlic & herb is a fresh soft cheese made with 100% organic sheep milk. The cheese has a light, creamy texture that melts in the mouth and a slightly sharp, refreshing flavour that comes well with the additional garlic puree and parsley. Slipcote cheeses are best enjoyed on crusty bread or crumbled over pasta dishes. 'Slipcote' is a traditional auld English word meaning 'little'(slip) and 'cottage' (cote).
