High Weald Organic Duddleswell Mature Sheep's Milk Cheese 125g

Duddleswell is a hard cheddar-style cheese made from organic sheep's milk. It has a well-rounded, rich flavour with a slightly sweet and nutty hint that comes from being aged in our Maturing Room for around five months. Mark and his father founded the Dairy in the hamlet of Duddleswell, on Ashdown Forest, and originally they milked their own sheep to produce the cheese. The Duddleswell cheese was introduced to provide customers with a harder style cheese in the Winter months, when halloumi wasn't in such high demand.
