No hidden nasties. Just protection that works in harmony with your skin. We use non-nano zinc as the basis for our sun protection and this is a mineral that works to deflect the rays of the sun. This is unlike the chemicals used in mainstream lotions which work through a chemical reaction of absorbing the rays of the sun when they hit your skin. We recommend avoiding these chemicals like oxybenzone at all costs. As we don't use chemicals at all this reaction they test for doesn't occur in our formula. Like with any mineral cream, a barrier is formed upon the skin through the non-nano zinc oxide, and therefore the whiter the cream appears on your skin, the better.
