Crosta & Mollica Vegana Sourdough Pizza. Chickpeas on pizza certainly aren't traditional but they are a staple in many Italian kitchens; we crush ours into a creamy sauce with rosemary. Starting with a tomato and caramelised onion sauce base, we scatter lightly grilled mushrooms, vibrant red Tropea onion and florets of broccolini, before finishing with our chickpea topping.
